A poll of 18-30-year-olds commissioned by the BBC reveals that more than half are considering future cosmetic procedures or surgery. Of those who have already taken the plunge, 29% are unhappy with the results. So could knowing more in advance help us make the right decision – whatever that might be? Top surgeon Sultan Hassan gives four people who are planning to have surgery ringside seats as he operates on an existing patient.
