Episode Overview
The big salt merchant in Yangzhou, WU KIN, sells salt tickets (official certificate for transporting salt) to small salt merchants. One day, the small merchants join hand together to fight for a reduction in the ticket price. KIN doesn’t know what to do and he turns to his second son TING HIN for help. HIN is an invalid but he is very clever. He gives a surprising advice by asking KIN to increase the ticket price… On the other hand, members of the anti-smuggling camp have successfully taken over Tau’s Fort, the stronghold for salt smugglers.
