Episode Overview
Krystal and Dedric have found their next 50/50 FLIP--a house located just outside of Burlington, NC in Mebane, where Krystal's mom was raised. The market is hot and this could be a perfect flip opportunity for the savvy real estate investors. Their goal is to flip the property in 35 days with a budget of $40K. But once construction begins, they discover why the home was sold "as-is," running into problem after problem. Can they find a way to keep the project on budget and on schedule, or will this flip break the bank?
