Ripped from Super 8MM comes the lost surreal action film by Carl J. Sukenick. Terrorist agent known as the Black Scorpions have stolen NASA's gamma ray weapon. With its power Lord Scorpio plans to conquer the earth. The only survivor of these attacks is Carl J. Sugar-King of the DoD.
